Congratulations, Brad Pitt. You’ve finally done it. After 42 years of hard work and close calls, you’ve finally impregnated a member of the opposite sex. A truly remarkable feat considering that the woman in question is actually one you plan on marrying – Angelina Jolie – and not just some five minute fling like the waitress who served you coffee one night at Denny’s. Take it from me; even Jennifer Aniston would be proud.

“It’s early days yet so they’re not announcing it publicly, but anybody can see how thrilled the pair of them are,” a friend told the News of the World.

“Angelina can’t wipe the smile from her face and Brad is being so protective of her. She’s had a difficult couple of months feeling sick and ready to faint.”

Angelina has just finished filming The Good Shepherd with Matt Damon and Robert De Niro.

But pals say her pregnancy bump is already starting to show and when she went back to do some more shooting in December some of her costumes would no longer fit.
